Led by Eric, a certified Classical Pilates instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in professional ballet and somatic education, each session offers an opportunity to realign and restore your body. Eric’s teaching weaves precision, fluidity, and breath into each session, creating an atmosphere where your movement becomes more intentional and efficient.
