Bio

With a background in classical ballet, international performance training, and certifications in classical Pilates, personal training, and corrective exercise, Eric brings a performance-informed approach to movement education that emphasizes precision, control, and sustainable results. At Upper West Side Pilates, Eric works with clients across fitness, rehabilitation, and performance goals, offering personalized training in classical Pilates, mobility development, and strength conditioning. Each program is designed to improve posture, movement efficiency, and overall physical resilience.

His approach integrates principles from classical Pilates, biomechanics, and somatic education, helping clients build stronger awareness of how they move and perform in daily life, sport, and recovery. Sessions are available in both English and Mandarin Chinese (中文), with a focus on individualized attention and long-term progression rather than generic programming. Outside of his practice, Eric maintains an active interest in dance, performance, and the broader intersection of movement and human performance.
